Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver to Germany as well as selected EU countries.
Whether shipping to your country is possible will be shown during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is carried out under the conditions specified in the shop.
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page.
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, delivery takes place within 5–15 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of prepayment).
Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer due to high demand, logistical delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If you order multiple products with different delivery times, we may ship them in separate deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged for this.
4. Shipping Process
Shipping is handled by our logistics partners to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.
5. Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed and the goods are returned to us (e.g. due to incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel), we reserve the right to charge the costs for reshipping.
6. Customs and Import Fees (for deliveries outside the EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
